PMI - Project Management Institute - PDU information
ITSM Academy is proud to make it possible for individuals who attend our classes to earn professional education hours (e.g., PDUs, CPEs, CEUs). These professional education hours can be submitted to associations such as the Project Management Institute and ISACA, if applicable.
How are professional education hours reported?
Each member association has its own process for reporting professional education hours. Members of PMI, for example, are responsible for reporting their PDUs as they occur by completing and submitting the relevant forms. Members of ISACA are also required to self-report their continuing professional education (CPE) hours.
How do I submit PDUs?
PMI members can submit PDUs by logging into the Continuing Certification Requirements System, selecting the appropriate category, and either searching for or entering "ITSM Academy". For example, PMI members who attend our webinars can submit for 1 PDU under “Online or Digital Media” category. PMI members who attend our courses can submit the applicable number of PDUs under the “Course or Training” category.
Note: ITSM Academy’s R.E.P. ID (2442) is invalid at this time. While you may still be able to locate and auto-populate course information for many of our courses, you can also simply submit the applicable number of PDUs by completing the appropriate form.
